This activity involves computer-generated and archived text documents (such as correspondence).
As a general rule, we process our users’ personal data only as necessary for the purpose of negotiating a contract, fulfilling contractual relationships, legal obligations, legitimate interests, providing a functional website, and displaying our content and services. Regular processing of personal data takes place only with the user’s permission. There is an exception for cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
2. Legal basis for processing personal data
To the extent that we obtain permission of the data subject in order to process his or her personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) shall serve as the legal basis.
In processing personal data as required to fulfill a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis. This also applies to processing activity that is required to initiate a contract.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation required of our company, Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person require the processing of personal data, Art. 6(1)(d) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.
If this processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests and fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR as the legal basis for such processing.
3. Types of data
We collect and process personal data only as required for the purposes stated above. Personal data is any data containing the details of personal or material circumstances, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, age, gender, social security number, photos, and all data required for fulfilling the terms of the contract, such as banking and payment information, contractual and property information, and correspondence.

The personal information of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as its retention is no longer required. Data may be retained for a longer period as dictated by European or national legislation, in EU directives, laws, or other regulations to which the persons is subject. Some of the above recipients are based in locations outside of the EU and process the data there. We only disclose personal data to countries that the EU Commission has determined to have an adequate level of data protection, and we take steps to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection and make this a standard clause in our contracts.
